Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
When ordering at any Jack in the Box in Hawaii, may be nationwide but I don't know, for example if you order a #3 with a Coke the employee will say "Medium or Large" rather than saying "Small, Medium, or Large." Is this not illegal to not give the custom all the options they offer? They make more money off of up-sizing orders. I find this deceptive and annoying...I asked for a #3 with a Coke which implies regular size aka SMALL at no extra charge. If I want medium or large...I will ask for it.

So, look at the menu for all of the options. Doesn't seem that difficult to me.

Your right, I have had this done to me plenty of times. The old saying goes: You Get What You Ask For, if we wanted super size, we'd ask for it... They do it just to make a little extra $$$$$$$$ I guess we need to start saying, #3 medium combo please...
