Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I have had the situation several times that I tried to use a JITB giftcard, knowing that there were still several dollars left on it and the employee told me "the balance is $ 0,01"
JITB won't write the balance on the card and they told me that they are unable to print out the transactions that were done with the card. I don't trust them anymore- Don't buy these cards !

I'm employee of jack, and if someone were to approach me asking to buy a Jack Cash card, I would not know how to do it. They do not properly train us on this procedure. just make sure you buy them m-f 9am- 2pm, which is typically when the manager's there. as soon as you buy it, buy something. get 2 tacos or a chicken sandwich, whatevers on the dollar menu. if they tell you there's not enough on the card, you know they messed up, and they'll know it too.

They have a feature called "View Card History".
Just because they can't do it at the store doesn't mean you have no other sources of information.
