JASON HEAD - PLC THE LAW OFFICES OF JASON HEAD HARRASSING PHONE CALLS, RUDE, IGNORANT AND INCONSIDERATE WORKERS VIRGINIA BEACH Virginia

The Law Offices of Jason Head have been contacting my phone for who knows how long. Because I have a caller ID block on my phone, they had to call and unblock their number. Since the calls that I was receiving were during the day to my home, when I was at work, at first it did not bother me. Today, I receive a PRIVATE call on my cell phone. I do not answer PRIVATE or UNKNOWN calls so I let the call go to voicemail. Upon checking the voicemail, I have a message from a Ms. Hendricks telling me that it would be in my best interest for either my attorney or myself to contact this "law firm" immediately. I am not paying my attorney to return calls, so I returned the call and the madness began.

First, Ms. Hendrick's answered the phone unprofessionally, sounding as if she had food in her mouth. She garbled out "well who is calling" and I gave her my name. Ms. Hendrick's placed me on hold for awhile, and when she returned began her monotonous speech and offered that I either pay the balance in full today or they would be processing paperwork to take me to court on Monday. At the end, I let Ms. Hendrick's know that I was not paying the debt, which was claimed to be purchased from some company, who had purchased the debt from Orchard Bank, and that they could indeed take me to court. Ms. Hendrick's went on about the ever-escalating balance that needed to be paid today. I reiterated that I was not paying a collection agency on an old debt and asked could they stop calling my phone, since I am telling them to take me to court. That seemed reasonable as it came out of my mouth, but again, I am not dealing with a reasonable individual. Ms. Hendrick's began yelling how they were going to call my phone every day until I paid them in full.

Okay, I thought they were going to take me to court and what reputable agency resorts to the childish behavior of calling a person every day all day? I just told Ms. Hendrick's I would change my number and she continued to yell. I hung up the phone. Seriously, I do not have time to deal with the ignorant.
