on 19aug02 i responded to newspaer advertisement from jd marvel.inc for a clearvvue booster mini dish tv antenna.

i enclosed a check for $16.90. at some time in november 02
i received card from jd marvel inc indicating my order was
delayed. card also gave a delivery projection date of

cvsb 1 2002/11/19. my order number is 1008874
