J.D.Marvel Products Inc. ripoff Hawkesbury, Quebec

I ordered 2 "Magnetic Neck Supports" price $25.00 plus $7.95 postage and handling charges and then 7% GST total = $35.26 paid in advance by cheque.

I ordered these the last week of January 2003 and my cheque was cashed January 30th, 2003 and to this day I have received nothing.

The catalogue that I ordered from said to allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Since it is 7 weeks, I decided to phone them yesterday and I didn't have a phone # so I asked 411 for the number. They told me they didn't have a listing for J.D. Marvel Products in Hawkesbury; I asked if they moved and if they could check under new listings.... The operator said no Listing for
that company. Today I found this Rip-Off address on the Internet.

I have ordered from them in the passed and always received what I ordered.. It always took a long time to get the articles and they always cashed the cheques right away so I didn't think anything was different this time.

But this is the first time I was going to phone them.I have a very severe cervical problem and these magnetic supports really help me with my neck and the pain. Now, my biggest problem is where can I buy them? I really need at least one as the ones I have are completely wore out.

I would appreciate anything that you could do to help me. Yes, I would like my money back but I guess that would be asking a lot.

But I would especially like the public to be informed so that they will not get ripped-off as well. Also I would like the name of another company that sells these magnetic neck supports and I would prefer a company in Quebec where I could just go and buy it. Thank you very much.
