I placed an order with subject Co who confirmed the order Jan.16th,2003 and issued a confirmed Bank Authorization on my charge account. I have tried unsucessfully to contact this Co. by E-Mail on 6 different ocassions requesting a status report but do not receive any reply. In the meantime my account has been debited by the Co.
