JK Harris Company This company is a complete fraud and a disgrace, they took my money and made things worse. North Charleston Carolina South Carolina

On 07/21/2004 through a phone call and personal meeting with Dave Stube,
Who claimed JK Harris is our salvation, and would take care of everything.

We were behind on filing some tax returns, he said they would file the taxes and do a OIC, we signed two contracts, one for the filing and one for the OIC.

The total was almost $12,000, we thought we would finally get this completed, we had been trying for some time, one cpa died, the other lost our
file. He said we would not receive any more from the IRS, they would deal with them.

Time passed, we finally had some requests for items, which were sent,
we had all information on quickbooks, they requested, we sent.
Then nothing, we were not even assigned a cpa, and things were going from bad to worse with the IRS. It was a full year later before we were assigned
a cpa to work on our taxes, an Individual by the name of Bill Wandel,

Once again we inquired, why did it take so long to get someone on our case,
His reply was, No one wanted to work on the file.

More time passed with the IRS harrassing us constantly with threats,
They finally slamed Some of the reports together, at the time of our meeting with the IRS, they were demanding the 1040's or they were going to put us in a holding cell, this old bag was a real witch, still they did not get the reports in to us, they faxed them to the IRS, while were there waiting.

It was now apparent that going with JK Harris was a big mistake and we could not trust them anymore, we told Bill Wandel, that we wanted to cancel
and not have them try to do any OIC, because everything had been scredew up, right up to this point.

He said he had no problem reccomending a full refund on that contract.
we sent a request for a refund and waited and after many calls waited some more.
Finally they sent a letter offering $1288,00 of the $5,000+ that they owed this was on 06/02/2006, this was senht with a receipt and general release,
not to disclose any information on the transaction,ect.
I just told them, this was a pathetic joke, to date we have 0$ from them.
They are one of the biggest crooks I have ever dealt with.
