JK Harris & Company ripoff, scam artist, fraudulent dealings North Charloston South Carolina

Everthing mentioned in previous entries, (and I mean everything), we have gone through. JK Harris & Company took up for a $6000.00 ride to no where. We hired them Decemeber 1st of 2005 because they could help up settle with the IRS for pennies on the dollar. Now it has cost us dollars everyday in penalties and interest bacause they have done nothing.

We hired them in December because the IRS had given us a notice that they were going to levy our house. The sales person (who has know blocked our calls) said that they could negotiate it down and get it settled rather quick, in additioned he recomended other services that would look good in the eyes of the IRS to be able to settle for pennies on the dollar.

We received two other notices from them after that and on both occations contacted them and they said that don't worrie about it we have power of attorney and we are dealing with them. throw it away

Well, our entire wages have been frozen and I am sure that our accounts are next. When we contacted them they said Oh, that not good, fax me a copy. Still no response from them on how to handle this.

Oh, and get this one... they were on vacation for the last four days of tax season. I tried contacting our consultant late afternoon on April 12th because we had not received our 2005 filings yet. They had a recording on the phone that they were on leave for the Easter Holiday. We were concerned because Monday was the deadline for filing but figured we could call monday and have them email us the forms we would sign and send them in. We called Monday and the recording said they will return Tuesday still away for Easter. What kind of Tax Experts are these people. go away the last few days of the tax season. Come to find out they were sent out the 6th regualar mail. We received them the 17th. Our consultant stated that it wasn't her idea to send them out regular mail. She should have followed up to ensure we received them prior to her leaving for the LAST DAYS OF TAX SEASON.

We are trying to settle this on our own as of today. However interested in bringing them to their knees in hopes that they will not be giving out such expensive rides to nowhere
