KALL8 VERY BAD SERVICE SEATTLE Washington

Well lets see... Our company decided we would give KALL8 services a try and it turned out to be a very bad mistake. First the toll free number they issued use was being used by another company so we would get calls that were for the other company and guess what we got charged for them we tried to resolve the issue by email and in writing with no luck. They stated it might be a switch problem and they would fix it. That never happened. Then we get a bill later that was 10 times higher then the ones we were getting so we contacted KALL8 and they stated that we signed up for some auto report service. We stated we did not and we want to cancel the services with KALL8 and that you no longer have permission or consent to charge our credit card any longer (in writing)and yes they still kept charging the card till we got a new card number. The KALL8 rep said that their is nothing they can do. We ended up disputing the whole thing with the credit card company and ended up winning in the end. These KALL8 guys thought that they would copy our web page ( that is copyrighted and that violates the terms of use) with the 800 number on it and send it to the credit card company stating we used the 800 number. We never denied that we used the number we denied ever signing up for a service we didn't sign up for and the fact that we got billed for a number that is being used by another company. Dont make the mistake of using KALL8s services like we did they will use what ever means necessary to take your money as you can see. (fraudulent credit card charges and copying copyrighted material).
