Kall8 Scammed by Kall8 - Automated Reports $25 Fee. Seattle, Internet

Was using their 1 800 number service for almost a year for my business, and never realized Kall8 was charging my company $25/ month for Automated Reports. This is listed and automatically checked under Enhanced Services. Now that part of the menu on your profile page is hidden unless you click on the Enhanced Services header and then a drop down list appears with check boxes and the services with the $25 monthly fee listed. Now after being charged or ripped off $275 for 11 months of service. The amount of calls the company received on that number , if customer called collect would've amounted to less that $75.00

I am more mad at myself for not catching onto this sooner, if it wasn't for some mysterious Magicjack charges on my credit card statement, I probably would not have noticed. Anyhow be careful of Kall8, I never bothered to dispute this with them I imagine they have this in with their small print agreement.
