I paid 29.95 for a full year for Kazaa Plus, and nothing works. It downloads few songs, the files are corrupted or a virus of the ones that download, or they have absolutely no sound or volume to them. I have my statement from the bank showing it went through, and my proof of purchase needed for support login. The only problem with that, is that it say's "Sorry, we do not have the email address ---- in our customers database."
It goes on about what to do if you've never received a proof of purchase number, well what do you do if you have received one? There is no number to contact them. I have found that, Kazaa Plus is published and supported online by European-based entertainment software publisher, Avalon Online Distribution. Avalon Online Distribution (AOD) SA, is a subsidiary of global software publishing house Titus Interactive Group. GIE Titus Interactive Group, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Titus. When I tried contacting back through Titus Interactive Group, all I receive is an answering service, I have left repeated messages including my phone number, and never had a response. I am ready to involve a lawyer in this. If anyone else has had problems, please contact me!

I just purchased Kazaa, but cannot get "connected" and cannot find any phone number or email support address. How do I contact them?

Problems with KazaaPlus

I purchased a full year of KazaaPlus in Oct. 2004 and my problems with the program are in regards to false downloading and getting no tech support. Current popular music has been falsely downloading or only short segments of music do download. I e-mailed my Proof of Purchase and my concern three time to tech support and recieved no response. If anyone has been having the same problems or has resolved this with the company please contact this site.

How to get your kazaa plus to work

I re-formatted my hard drive, which required me to reinstall all my programs. Kazaa Plus was one of them. All I did was download the p2p program again and followed the steps to install. I lost my activation/proof of purchase code, so I clicked the link provided for that and they asked me to enter my email address. The next day I got an email from Kazaa that showed my activation/proof of purchase code. I used it and reinstalled.
Now, about those files you are downloading, anything that doesn't have a gold icon on it, downloading is at your own risk. These files are called p2p files. You are actually getting your file info from others on the Kazaa network. I suggest if you are going to be downloading files from Kazaa, or any other p2p networking program, make sure your virus program is up to date. I hope this helps a bit. Downloading from unknown users is unsafe so be careful!
