Kazaa Plus ripoff, No one from Kazaa has tried to answer my questions as to why nothing is working! fraudulant Internet

I purchased Kazaa-Plus from kazaa-plus.com in late September of 2004 for $29.95. Recently, I had to reformat my hard drive and lost all of my programs. The Kazaa program that I had also got erased from my computer.

I have my proof of purchase number and e-mail address (all that they say you need to re-download the program). I have been trying since late January and have been unsuccessful every time I try.

I have been trying to contact them by e-mail (no telephone number can be found anywhere on the website) but have yet to recieve an e-mail that was not automatically sent to me. No one from Kazaa has tried to answer my questions as to why nothing is working.

If this problem has happened to anyone else and you figured out how to fix it, please help me!
