We were contacted on August 3, 2017 by a rep of KCC Talent namee Heather Michael to provide catering for a company event being hosted in Houston, TX on September 23, 2017. We provided Heather with all necessary documents to confirm her catering request. After weeks of back and forth communication we were informed of many various reasons why we haven't received payment and that payment would be submitted once it was approved by the "Team". After contacting Heather several times via email and phone she has not returned any phone call or responded back to any of our emails to update us on when would receive payment. We assume they do not have the funds to host such an event since they are expecting over 500 people for the event but only paid to feed 100-150 people. We worked with Heather with their very small budget and provided her the necessary details to submit payment. As of September 18, 2017, we have not received payment for their order and have not received any communication.

We emailed and called K Cyrus Miles- Director of Operations and have not received any communication or phone call from him as well. The phone number for Heather seems to be a text phone number or some type of google number. The company's number just rings. They do not have a physical address only a P.O. Box listed in Chicago. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact someone from this organization we are now forced to take further action as we feel we were scammed and our time and efforts were wasted. If this company didn't have monies to host such event then Heather Michael should not have contacted us to provide catering services.
