ordered trial bottle for cost of shipping on 10/2, called on 10/15 and canceled. wS given cancelation #4967143. was charved $87.47 on 10/16 then again on 10/23. called again on 11/5 when I received another bottle. was told my cancelation # wzs invalid that wzs actually my order numberr and they had no call log of my cancelation call.  customer rep was rude and not willing to help at all. she was loud and talked over me. when I tried to speak she said I was yelling and would end the call if continued. At this time still no resolution and cannot get thru to customer service.
