KeraGro fraud, scam, take money off my bank account without permission, fraudulent Colorado

This company is a complete fraud. They stated on their website, that 30-day trial would be $4.95 - for shipping. However, when you signed up for it, you actually "subscribed" to it. They did not use the word subscribe anywhere on their website, but as long as they receive your information, they will keep charging you every month. There's no way to cancel it except for calling them - I got hung up by them. Unbelievable how they were rude and actually yelling at me.

Here is the privacy term:

"Prices for shipping and merchandise vary by product. Please see specific details in the terms located on the individual product pages. By ordering a trial you will be sent a 30 day supply of the product and charged only for shipping ($4.95). If you feel the product is not for you, cancel within 14 days from the order date to avoid the full purchase price ($87.47) and enrollment in the auto-shipment program which sends you a month supply every 30 days and charges the same purchase price (shipping is free for all auto-ship orders). To cancel anytime simply call 1-800-835-0958 to receive an RMA and return any unused portion to us within 30 days. Any charges will appear as KeraGro on your credit card statement." 

It contradicts with the front page that says:

"How does KeraGro compare?

30-day Money Back Guarantee - Wrong, there's no 30-day money back guarantee. They charge you $87 on the 14th day.

30-day supply (just pay shipping), only $4.95 - Wrong, $4.95 is for 15-day supply, not 30-day supply"

I do not understand why this company still exists and if there is any measure we can take against such fraudulent crimes.
