KeraGro KeraGro charged me $350 for 5 bottles of product that i did not know i was paying for and will not refund my money Internet

On Oct. 2nd, I saw an add to try a bottle of Keragro for $4.95. I decided to try it, not realizing that it would be a huge mistake. I signed up for the offer and got charged $4.95 but I never got the bottle so I forgot about it. I realized three months later that I have been getting charged $87.47 a month for these bottles that I have not been receiving. That adds up to $354.83. A few days later a neighbor came over with 5 bottles of Keragro that was addressed to me. I called the number on the website and told the lady what happened and she was only "able" to refund me $87.47 because the other four bottles are outside the return policy, even though they are still factory sealed.

I did not sign up for a bottle a month, I wanted to try it for one month and see if I liked it. I refuse to use any of their products and I will tell everyone I know to not use it. I am very upset that I threw away over $250 on nothing and that the company could not refund my money and were very rude to me on the phone.
