Keurig Poor Customer Service - No Customer Loyalty Internet

My Keurig brewer was just over 2 years old when it started leaking water.  I called customer service to troubleshoot the problem.  There are several online reports of how Keurig just replaced other brewers, not my luck.  After being handed off to several people I was offered an $80 discount on a replacement brewer.  I asked to use my reward points to pay the difference.  You would have thought that I was asking for their banking account information.  Everyone there thought I was asking for just a free brewer.  I have a choice of where I buy my brewer supplies and almost always bought them from the Keurig site to "earn" these reward points.  I guess Keurig does not plan on you using these points because they are nearly impossible to use.  It took almost a week for a Supervisor to get back to me and all they say is that we can't do that.  So Keurig is determined to get your cash.  Customer Loyalty means absolutely nothing.  No "thank you" for being a customer.  Or Sorry your brewer so unexpectedly quit working and was leaking water.  And then to make matters worse I am treated like I am trying to steal from Keurig.  What a poor display of customer service.
