Kroehler Furniture Expensive Sectional Sofa became TRASH via broken frame in 2 years!! Conover North Carolina

I purchases a very expensive Kroehler sectional sofa from American Signature Home Furniture and before I even paid it off, it was trash.  I decided to send it to the dump, but first I wanted to know what was underneath the fabric so I cut it so I could see what had happened to this sofa.

First, the sofa cushions on the seat were okay, but the back cushions were terrible. They were nothing but loose lumps of inexpensive fill.  So of course over a short time they began to break down into nothing buy lumpy pillows with no form whatsoever making my expensive sofa look like crap.

THE FRAME OF THE SOFA

Second, the frame broker in numerous places and when we sat on the couch we would fall into holes! When I cut the fabric covering the frame I was shocked.  The main frame piece was made of junk wood pieces laminated together, and this piece was nailed with finishing type nails to the front frame.  Of course it pulled away as you can't use finishing nails  nailed into a laminted crap piece of wood to hold peoples weight when they sit on a sofa.  The front piece that the crap laminted board attached to with finishing nails was crap board too. Some kind of glued together scrap wood. The springs were thin wire like pieces that were strung on a wire string going across. 

When I opened this sofa I could not believe I had paid close t0 $3000 for a sofa that was supposed to last me at least several years, but after two years was totally trash!

This was all covered up by good fabric which misleads the purchaser to think the sofa is worth $3000, when its guts are made of total crap.
