Kroehler Furniture $1150 Mistake Conover North Carolina

We purchased a sofa and chair and a half from Value City Furniture almost two years ago manufactured by Kroehler. The sofa has received average use by people of average weight (I'm no stringbean at 230, but I sit lightly and oh yeah, my wife's a real cow at 115) since then, but looks like it has been used as a trampoline. The frame, if you could even call it that, is completely broken in half in four places.

I almost wonder if the sofa we sat on in the store may have been a stronger, more reinforced piece than the one that was delivered to us. The chair and a half is in better shape, but that has been used a lot less and is much shorter than the sofa. We'll see.

This is an $1150 mistake that I will NOT make again. I strongly urge anyone interested in a sofa set from Value City Furniture, especially anything with the Kroehler name on it, to reconsider.
