Leanspa, LLC Leanspa Lied and ripped me off Internet

I did not receive my trial product until about 12 days after I ordered it and they'd already charged my card 79.99!  I get a recorded message saying all agents are busy and then it hangs up on me every time I call.  When I went to cancel online through the so called "easy cancel" liink  it took a few days for them to even contact me back but when they did this is the response I got....Dear LeanSpa Customer, This is a courtesy email to let you know that we have had extremely high call and email volume and we have not been able to get back to you as fast as we would like.  Please know that we have received your email and someone will be in contact with you in the next few days.Your business and support is very important to us, and we look forward to connecting with you.We are very sorry for any inconvenience.  We are doing our best to get your questions answered as soon as we can.Thanks again, and have a great day.Customer Care Team LeanSpa.   This was on February 5th when I got this response.  I had already figured out it was a scam and filed a complaint with the BBB when my card was charged before I even received my product and before the trial period was up.  I would advise everyone above and anyone who has this same problem to definitely go to the BBB site and file a complaint to put these crooks out of business and to get your money back!  I don't know about anyone else but I need my money!  And 80.00 a month being taken from my account unwillingly is not acceptable!
