I ordered just a trial size of their product and they send me more than I asked for and then had the nerve to charge me for it before I could even try the product, which put my account over and got charged an overdraft charge.

I have tried contacting the company by phone to cancel my order but end up getting cutoff. How can you get their so called ("RMA") number if they do not answer the phone and good luck if you can get through before the 30 days is up.

I have sent their product back to them as on the package it does say (return postage requested) as I explained this problem to the postal person she said they should have recieved it.

Since my first order they have sent a second order that I did not order and have returned that also. All I want is to get my money refund back to me and it has been a real problem.

I even tried to e-mail them to cancel and they could not find me in their system, so finally I had to fill out a complete form for them to accept an e-mail to cancel the order I did not order - just a trial size.

This is not a compamy that takes pride in what they have but just a trap to get you in their clutches to rob you of your savings!!!
