Lease Finance Group ripoff Chicago Illinois

In 2004 myself and two other associates started a company in Saint Petersburg Florida. We went through a company called Neos Merchant Card Solutions also based out of Saint Petersburg, to have card services through our company. Upon contacting the company and meeting at their office we decided to sign a contract with them for a lease and service of the equipment. They had signed us up with CIT Lease Finance Group LLC and in the beginning everyhting seemed ok but after some time we decided to disolve the company and move on. We contacted the company and explained our situation, trying to break lease with them but were automatically were hit with a brick wall from their end. Talks with them continued for a very short amount of time until they started hitting our business account, which was not closed at that time, everyday for a period of time. We talked with them about this and their response was that they have no control over those automatic transactions. The bank fees after those automatic hits reached over a thousand dollars and after talks with the bank a settlement was reached and the account was closed. Lease Finance Group LLC, contacted us a few times and never once tried to resonibly resolve the situation and at this time we still have their credit card machine which we have no use for. Instead of trying to resolve the situation and attempt to get their machine back, they charged the account off 03/05/06 and put it against my personal credit instead of the companies. We Incorporate ourselves to protect ourselves and the contracts were signed with our companies information and now I'm fighting to try and get it off my personal credit reports. None of the other asscoiates were effected except for me and it has hurt my credit seriously as it shows a charge off for an amount of $2800.00. Now I have decided to do everything possible to disrupt of give negative information on Lease Finance Group LLC and put a stop to these crimes they are committing.
