LegalCPU.com - Aramik Simonian Unpaid Invoice for IT Services still waiting for a check for work done last October Burbank California

Aramik is a club member for a local chapter of our auto club we met at one of our trail outings he seemed to be a decent guy we talked about our profession and when he explained about his issues at his company, the network, the workstations I told him about my services, he asked me to stop by his office where his brothers sat through a meeting and I explained what their network lacked and what needed to be done to secure, install, configure his server, his employee computers, install software, any way. They asked me to do the work and I told them about the my price they agreed and I worked the entire weekend went back for more work and provided phone support, and when I sent them an invoice that's when Mr. Aramik Simonian denied paying, he went back and forth telling me he doesn't have to pay and I have the emails to prove it. Well I'm out of the money he owes me eventhough he promised to pay on several occassions, I haven't seen a dime.

If a company such as Legalcpu.com, Inc. doesn't pay for services rendered to them, how do they expect people to do business with them.

Maybe I should use their small claims service to sue them!
