I went to legalcpu.com to file a small claim. I paid $164.00 in full on 6/11/09. The instructions said a case worker will work on my file within 24-48 hours. It's been 3 weeks, and I still haven't heard from them. I emailed them several times (more than 5), and I've been calling everyday and leaving messages. I have never been able to reach a live person there. I keep getting their voicemail. I've even attempted a live chat, but that doesn't work.

This is a company that will charge you up front and not provide any service in return. I don't know what to do at this point. I don't even know how I can ask for a refund if I can't get in touch with them.

My only option was to file a complaint with the better business bureau. I would encourage everyone else out there who has been ripped off by this company to do the same!
