I filed for a DBA last week. I gave this company all my personal information and now that I have been waiting for any update at all, and had a problem and needed to make a change to my filing, they do not call me back. I call their numbers repeatedly and no matter what department I try to go to, I get an answering machine.
I have tried sending emails to no avail. I have even tried their "live chat" from their website but no one is ever on it. It is literally impossible to contact anyone at this company. I even sent in a fax!
My real worry now is that I have given these people my personal information and am worried what they may do with it. I have no choice but to worry since they do not contact me back. I have sent an email to every email address on their website and no one responds. That is very scary!
I would recommend anyone considering this company to stay away from them. Take your business someplace else. Get a recommendation from someone you know who has used a service like this and has had success.
