LES SCHWAB TIRES POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT FEDERAL WAY Washington

In 1979 I started doing business with the Les Schwab Tire Store in Kent Washington on Pacific Highway.
I have continued my business with them that is up until today, June 13, 2003.

In all of the years that I have been doing business with Les Schwab Tires, we have neve ever mad any late payment to them nor has our payemnts been smaller than what they have assked for.

We have gone through a bankruptcy and could have asked the court to wipe our bill off with them, however we did not do so.

I knew I was due fto make a payment to them this month, however I was not sure of the amount, I sent them in $20.00, and told them that we had more expenses than what we usualy have and I would pay or catch up any money that I was behind in July 2003.

They sent me a letter, telling me my payment was $5.00 light and now I needed to pay the $5.00, plus $15.00.
I called and asked to speak with one of the store managers, I attempted to explain my situation to hime, however he would not hear it or listen to it.

HIs reply, get the money to us or pay the extra $15.00.
I told him as soon as we had our bill paid off that he would loos us as a customer, it fell on deaf ears.
This to me is very poor custoerm service and support.
