i needed my new stud tires mounted to my bare rims . i called and ask for appointment?, this is not allowed. ( they loose money, if they do,that)
I am told " First come , first served" .
Ok, a go there and wait. I wait for 1 hour, I ask where am I in line?
I'm in 4th slot on work order queue. ( I'm looking at it) I then see them grab my tires, and work for 5 mins. they then drop them and start serving customers 1 through 4 behind me. This delays me over 2 hours.
You see its not first come first serve, it is really ( will fit you in , maybe after we are done doing all new tires on every HUGE SUV, in town.)
it's "deep pockets served first". YOu are not a customer but a cash cow.!!!!
and they pay the workers commissions, so they work real hard serving the high dollar work orders first. "see employment poster in store"
The over charge too, $7.50 per tire for a mount. 10 seconds labor for $7.50.
I just bought my own tire mounter. ( i have every other tool for cars but this)
they charged me $49 for spin balance , this is 2 times the going rate.
so LES, this will be my last trip to your store, forever.
Bad service AND high prices.$104 for mount and spin.
When I need $500 worth of tires, it will be mounted by me next time and i will find a cheaper spin shop. TireRack will get my money or Walmart.

I agree, you showed your true colors and the epitome of the company! There is no doubt you are a manager smooching backside! The same thing happens here, business owners and farmers come first, screw the others.
I always hear of people getting took. My dad took his trailer in to get new tires and they repacked bearings on an axle that was a year old and had 250 miles on it. He told them he didn't want it and it didn't need it so they refunded his money. He goes to firestone now. He went with a Bridgestone instead of compareable schwab tire and saved 250 over the toyo and wild country.

Well i would like to say if you are just a employee are you the manager if not shut your pie hole as i have done mount and balance $12.00 per wheel as it dose not matter if you are a loyal customer or not i treat every one the same so grow up junior, as i will bet you i have more experience in the business they you will ever have as cause you really have showed your true colors as i have seen the work you people do
and it shows cause if you new what you were talking about like your last rebuttal you would of recommended ceramic pads to the owner of the Toyota pickup so take your Hughie's off and be a man or is that to hard for you.

YOU STATE YOU HAVE A TIRE MOUNTING MACHINE BUT DIDN'T WANT TO DO IT.(LOL)
NEXT TIME MOUNT THEN GO GET THEM BALANCE
NO COMMISIONS AT LES SCHWAB TIRES ONLY HOURLY RATE EMPLOYEES, BETTER
THEN MOST SHOPS.
THE CUSTOMERS THAT ARE BUYING TIRES COULD'VE BEEN WAITING LONGER
THEN YOU OR A LOYAL CUSTOMER POSSIBLE A COMMERCIAL CUSTOMER WHO DOES
GET SPECAIL TREATMENT DUE TO THER JOBS.
YOU STILL GOING FOR A FREE AIR CHECK, FLAT REPAIR AND ROTATION EVENTHOUGH
YOU DIDN'T PURCHASE TIRES FROM THEM RIGHT. (LOL)
THE MORE YOU GO AND SPEND MONEY AT ANY KIND OF SHOP THEY'LL GIVE YOU
SPECAIL TREATMENT IN THE LONG RUN BECAUSE YOU ESTABLISH YOURSELF AS A
LOYAL CUSTOMER TO THEM AND MAKE SOME FRIENDS TOO.
$104 IS A FAIR PRICE FOR BALANCING A NON LES SCHWAB TIRE.
BUYING ONLINE OR WALMART THEN GO TO LES SCHWAB FOR FLATS DON'T BE
SUPRISE IF YOU GET CHARGE OR NOT AT ALL. THE SAYING GOES YOU GET WHAT YOU
