LET'S TALK REBATE SCAM INTERNET NATIONWIDE NORTH RICHLAND TEXAS

I did everything right to get my rebate and it wasn't easy. They made it as difficult as they could.

I sent all the correct forms, during the correct period. One requirement to getting the rebate is to send a copy of paid bill, which I did. Only thing is, I paid too much and had a credit. The credit showed as a negative amount owed. My rebate claim was denied. I emailed, with full explanation, waited... waited... claim was denied because I hadn't paid my bill.. I sent another email, explained, waited.. waited... claim was once again denied... I emailed all doucments. Faxed all documents. Was told via email I would get a rebate and to wait 6 weeks or more for check. No check. Yesterday I recieved a very flimsy and small (and easily lost in junk mail) postcard saying that my rebate was denied again becasue my request was postmarked before the eligibility period for the promotion.

It seems to me that everything they have done has been done to confound the average person with too much to do and not enough time to fight them. At first I beleived they made an honest mistake. Now I beleive they may be making mistakes on purpose, the kind of mistakes that they can explain as 'human error' in a court of law. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR REBATE.
