Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I will start by saying they would not give us a price until they were done with your taxes, not even a estimate. When they were done they tried to charge us 450.00. When we tried to leave they lowered it to 300.00, which is 100.00 more than they charged the year before.
When they were done with the taxes the options were to pay now or have it taken out from the refund, not telling us there would be a bank charge (49.95) for deducting out of the refund. And the 50.00 dollars cash in hand for having the taxes done with them, forget about it.
I think what has me worried is, if they are not upfront with me are they being upfront with the IRS?
