LikomUSA monitor ripoff rebate fiasco *UPDATE ..thank you! I got my refund! ..Don't bother with BBB

I have positive news regarding my problem with getting my $50 rebate from Likom. As noted, I wrote to the California State Attorney General, the County of Los Angeles D.A.'s office and the Business Relations Department for the City of Industry. I included copies of all the complaints posted on this web site and you know what? ..all those reports helped!



I GOT MY $50 REBATE CHECK AROUND MARCH 12, 2002!!!!



Do not bother dealing with the Better Business Bureau, they are paper tigers. Companies only respond when actual governmental organizatiosn turn on them. Also, these government agencies come down hard when there is an on going, systematic pattern of potential wrong doing.

One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public?
