I purchased a 17" monitor from Fry's electronic's in Phoenix AZ on June 20th 2002 and forwarded the rebate form on same date to Likom USA. I have never received the rebate nor any response from the company. I have other purchases of LikomUSA products qualifying for rebates that fall in the same category (no rebate provided nor any response). I intend to file other Rip Off Reports.

I purchased computer monitor Product ID# 06MLC0026669 on 1.2.01 and forwarded rebate form to company on or about same date. I have never received rebate nor any response to my request for rebate. Refer to photos supplied with ripoff report.
