Lipton Toyota Internet manager and general manager Ira This dealer charges any price they want they take your trade and put you in a rental so you have to take what ever vehicle they find Oakland Park Florida

 My Wife and I went to trade in my 2013 Cadilac for a new Tundra limited truck.The Internet Manager took my trade with out having the truck and made me put 5000.Dollars on my credit card on a cash deal with the pay off they had 57,000. dollars and could not get the truck when they said in 2 days. no paper work was done at all they took my trade and money and could not find a truck. a week went by I am driving a corolla they gave me ,so now I have no choice but to wait. They called me a week later and said your truck is here come get it .

It was not what I wanted they did not care ,they added 2,200 dollars on top of the sticker price and 4,995 dollars Adminastration fee and 995.00 Handeling Fee, also The sticker price was not on the truck, I had to request it several times they got the truck and put there dealership name on the window sticker .Thats when I saw they added money  because they felt like it .I went and had a meeting with the General Manager and he could care less and said ( his words) THATS HOW WE DO IT ALL DAY LONG.

As I looked into this I called  Toyota USA and they dont care what the dealers do, not there problem.There are so many complaints about this place and it seems they are alowed to do what ever they want to the public. I E Mailed the owner to try to have a meeting I did not even get an answer. they charged me enough money I could have had a Tundra Platnum 4x4 for that price I took pictures of the window sticker of that truck at another dealership these people are really the worst I have ever seen and that was my 57th new vehicle and never have I been treated and RIPPED OFF. Most of the complaints are the Internet Manager and the General Manager.read complaints on the BBB Yelp.com and several other places.
