I came across the reports filed by other former employees of Live Well Financial, so I thought I would file my own.

Yes, it was also my experience that Live Well Financial treats its internal employees like dirt. When I was hired, there were roughly 35 internal employees. Since then at least a DOZEN have either gotten fired, or quit!

12 of 35 employees were fired or quit in the span of only three months. That is not the halmark of a stable company, nor one that treats its employees well. Many of those who were fired or quit were top performers.

While I cannot speak for the external loan officers, I can tell you that in my experience at Live Well Financial, all of the internal employees hated their jobs and hated upper management. No one is happy there, and the reason is because of way the employees are treated by upper management.

In my opininon (and many others') the upper management of Live Well Financial couldn't care less about its employees. They will fire you in a heartbeat. All the upper management cares about is the 'almighty dollar', and they will fire anyone at anytime to save a few bucks and make the bottom line look better to investors and potential buyers.

Please, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, get a job with Live Well Financial. You will be miserable, disrespected, ignored, and probably fired for no reason other than to save a few bucks and make investors happy.

When I gave Live Well Financial my two weeks notice, upper management told me to leave immediately. I was willing to stick around until they found a replacement, but within ten minutes of submitting my notice, I was told to get out immediately.

I think Live Well Financial is one of the WORST places to work. Upper management only cares about investors and getting them to give more money. If that means getting rid of good employees to make the 'bottom line' look better, so be it - they will fire you in a second and never think twice.

Live Well Financial is an Awful Company to Work For!

Happily employed by Live Well

AUTHOR: Jim Floyd - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 10, 2008

I have to feel for anyone that is not appreciated by management, and who want to leave Live Well. I can only speak for myself on the outside, and a field loan officer. My experience has been nothing but positive, with a high level of respect and support received. Previously, I was dismissed without any warning from what I felt, was a great company; and was escorted out the door that same afternoon.

Not that I stole the company safe, but was advised that my last 6 months of blood, sweat and tears and probationary status was over, without any specific examples or reasons. I have since learned that it was due to a new middle manager being promoted. Before that, I worked for 10 years in corporate America, only to be re-classified to a new job category, reduced pay grade, relegated to a part time status, all because of management restructuring/acquisitions with a larger company....

I guess you have to accept the fact that there is no real company-to-employee loyalty these days. You have to move on and take advantage of what is available; I see the opportunity to make a good income with Live Well, working out of my home office, helping seniors tap into their home equity.
