 My report to Rifoff Report and to the police... police boleh terima ka camni? Hi everyone, I have the same situation I am located in Malaysia. We're having a similar problem on this company - LuxStyle International. I saw the Blackhead Killer Peel-off Mask video on facebook so I check it and wanted to know the pricelists. I watch the video all out and finally it come to the end of the video asking if I want to place the order. I went to check the price, but before that I need to fill in my name and address, which I did. But, I did not submit any order nor that I place any order nor did I complete any transaction. I was surprised that the order arrive to me twice, once last week and today another one. I contacted the email provided to in the invoice but to my surprised I was answer by five different people saying that I need to pay the item, which is USD69. I told them that I did not place any order but they refuse and say otherwise. They told me that I have completed my order and that is why they send the item. I remembered very well that I did not order those items, just price checking. I did not received any email saying that I have ordered any items nor any message saying that I have ordered them. I refused to pay them at all. Now, I am afraid that they will send me more and said that I have placed an order. What should I do? I am lodging a police report as well as the Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission to protect myself with this scam. I just realised that there are many victims with this company after reading through the complaints on Rifoff Report. I hope this Ripoff Report member can do something for us, the victims.
