Lux International Sales ApS Sent me the product that I did not order now keeps threatening me with the debt collectors unless I pay. I have offered them to organise for the collection of the product but they ignored Odense C Denmark Internet

The company mainly operates through the Facebook. They advertise certain beauty products (the facial mask or eye lash conditioner being particularly popular ones) usually at a very popular price if you order 2. They do not quote the P&P cost and the only way to see it is to click through the order. The p&p cost for the single eye lash conditioner was very inflated and unrealistic so when I saw what it was I just did not proceed with the order or payment. However, I decided that if I ordered 2, the p&p cost would be bearable so I placed the order for 2 products and paid for it.

They sent me 2 products that I paid for and additional one that I did not pay for and did not order either. Several weeks later they sent me an intimidating letter and email asking to pay for the product I did not order and also threatening me with the debt collectors if I do not. I have emailed them back offering to return the product and assist with them organising the courier for collection, however they ignored it and kept sending regular emails and letters adding additional £10 to the original value per week. The interesting fact is that the amount they are putting as debt is the ”full” price of the product, not “discounted/special” offer as they advertised at the time when I placed the order for other 2 products.

The internet is full of the similar reports describing exactly the same scum and modus operandi. It seems that majority of people get scarred and pay the amount that they are asked.
