I Purchased  two sets  of magic  tracks  on dec 3rd  they sent me  an e mail stating  that they would not be  able to send  merchandise untill  febuary.  I then began the process of cancelling  thru all options  they gave me  and could  not reach them by phone and sent 7 cancelation emails with all proper  info  and no resonse , then they have the nerve to say that my product is on it way  4 weeks later  then orginal delivery date.

Me  a consumer  made  a statement,  i want the product when i want it  not  when you (vendor) want to deliver it thats not the way it works

they still charged my account and have not even recived product , im in the process of  disputing it  with my bank but now that cost me  35$ to do that.
