Massage Envy Draper Utah Breach of Contract Draper, Utah

Beware before you enter the Draper Massage Envy.  The manager is rude and unprofessional.  He will cancel your appointments if you express dissatisfaction with the service you receive.  I did not receive the stated amount of massage time.  The manager had the receptionist tell me I had received a written letter stating I was no longer welcome there.  I never received such a letter.  I had to go in and pick up a copy.  He did not sign his name to the letter or date it, so I had no way of knowing who he was or how to contact him.  When I asked to speak with him in person, the receptionist said he was out of the office, even though the door to his office was wide open and the lights were on.  I am glad I went in when I did, I would have had no way to know that they were still charging my credit card but not allowing me to receive services.  Avoid this location, at least until they are under new management.
