OK  Guys and Gal"s  here's your warning :  Match dot com is a multi-million dollar rip off and the the Goverment is not going to help any of us get our money back...

I used Match.com with no good results, I really just wanted to join for 1 month but wound up joining for 3 months............After a couple of weeks I decided to cancel my membership, first I called told them I wanted to stop, they said no refund was available......

So I wrote them twice to have them STOP charging my credit card and they kept on charging..I don't know how to stop these people, there out of control!

Probably thousands of people have complained about this rip off company and it keeps on going!!

Please help us out here!

Match.com Match has gone from a reputable organization initially to one that consistently rips off their members. Their site has been hacked multiple times. Recently I was sent a bill for 6 months on an account that I cancelled a year ago. As expected they couldn't find those records and didn't notify me that my account had been hacked. Yet they still forced me to pay them. If you refuse your credit card company will damage your credit rating ! I would have contacted my attorney but the dollar amounts were too small to make it worthwhile. They only care about getting you on their AUTOMATIC renewal because that's how they make money...by ripping people off ! In recent years the site has been used increasingly by prostitutes to solicit money and they seem to do nothing to prevent this ! SCAM company...Prostitutes !...failure to notify clients they have been hacked. I fully expect Facebook with their new dating service will put them out of business. Their stock dropped 25% the first day of that announcement and hopefully will continue to fall to their inevitable bankruptcy. They have become a truly horrible company. Avoid them like the plague. Stole my money. Lied about records. Did not notify me that my account had been hacked Internet

match.com this service is a total scam - they do not refund money, even after notifying them that your age and distance specifications are being ignored and even after letting them know that people are using their so-called service as a means to try and scam older adults -they even get nasty about it and basically tell you refused refund even after my reporting to them that I was not getting responses from age bracket and location limits I specified and that I was getting several responses from obvious scammers targeting senior citizens Nationwide
