 meaningful beauty is a joke! Please do not order this product! I ordered their $39.95 package over the phone and the sales rep assured me it was only $39.95 for a 90 day supply.. Seemed fair. But after I used the products my face broke out all over, it was greasy and red. I don't have sensitive skin and my face has never broken out like that before. So I immediately called and cancled. The man on the phone assured me I would not be billed and my account was canceled. A few weeks later I got a bill in the mail for $79.90 saying it was past due. I called and was told it is really $39.95 x three payments! I told him that was not what I agreed to over the phone! He them said he would cancel the extra payments and I would not be billed again. ... Well sure enough, a few weeks later I get another letter saying they are going to report the balance on my credit report and if I didn't want my credit score damaged I should send payment immediately. I called AGAIN and was told by a woman my bill had not been canceled and that they supposedly sent me more packages?! What!? I had never received any other packages. So then I hung up and called back and asked to speak to the manager. I told her my story and that if they reported my bill to my credit report I would be sueing and reporting them to the BBB. She gave me her employee # and told me she was very sorry and that she was deleting my bill. .. I have a feeling this isn't over.
