Mediacom Cable Was promised to receive full refund of early termination fees by Thompson. He did not follow through and shorted us $190 and kept telling us that the check is in the mail. Now he won't return cal Springfield, Missouri

Thank you Mediacom support team for making right an agreement and honoring the rebate that was promised to us. I appreciate you working to get the problem resolved.
