Mediacom Cable Ripoff Illinois

We have had Mediacom Cable TV Internet Phone and home controller for over 2 years now during that time we have had sub par service our TV breaks up into pixel and freezes up or goes to a black screen our internet is supposed to be 150mbs we get anywhere from 50 to 170 it is never consistant our home controller works when it wants to we have made muitiple calls to the customer service number and all we get is the run around we tell them that our problem happens in the evening and first thing in the morning they send out someone during the day when no one is using it I had to start recording the problem with the tv and with the internet I have had to take picture for them to even believe me but still nothing happen until I refused to pay the bill then they decided that they would move it to the next level what ever that means cause nothing has changed now the customer service Manager is threating to shut me off if I don't make a payment by tomorrow i have spoken to a Josh at the corporate office lets see if he will do anything if not I will update this Thanks for reading
