Reservation was made a day before. In Orlando, the bus was late. tickets should be checked at least 15 -20 minutes prior to departure. this is 6:00 a.m. Orlando, Fl, 8/9/14. The transaction was sent, and money deducted from the account. transaction did not have itinerary number, but showed $118 purchase. young child involved. the driver was rude, aggressive, I was told to "shut up" several times by the driver. the driver "barked" the customer number, and was told to call when customer service was available not before 0630 a. The information from bank and transaction was shown to the "bully" and aggressive driver. she got in the bus and drove off with a young standing there on the corner. I was scheduled to be in Atlanta for a family gathering, and was escorting my family to Atlanta, with the hopes of getting back on the 11p.m. bust at night so I could be back in Orlando for work at 3:00 p.m. the following day. Eventually, despite travel at a cheaper cost, people will eventually realize the poor service and aggressive treatment and behavior because for now there are no checks and balances with the compnay, and you are left only with a phone on the corner of the street speaking with almost illiterate swindlers who will not own up their mistake. Again, eventually, word of mouth is going to get this service out. and I will be making contact with the Better Business Bureau or some department because this apparently is the "normal" behavior for this company. There are no superivisors or managers to report to, therefore, customers get the run around, and these drivers are aware of hence the behavior. There must be some organization to report to despite the fact that there is not an official station, and it is like communication with "something out there". From the stories I have read it is a common behavior for being rude, and have your money taken, with no recourse. I will be listening out for the adverse outcome, and maybe then someone will take "a look".
