Several months ago I ordered their "Lot Flipper" Program.  They state you find vacant buildable lots that meet our criteria ( which is easy, so they say ). Once approved they will pay a $8,700 commission after they purchase the lot (about 30 days).    I made a down payment on the course.  After signing up for the course I found out I had developed a disease requiring wekly treatments in a facility. A cou[le of weeks after signing up I requested a refund. Did not receive any response. I submitted more requests and did not get a response. They say they have a 30-day money back guarantee, It was not honored.  They also state they have a 90-day money back guarantee if deals are submitted.   I was told although I did not pay the total of the ost of the program I could still submit deals but they would not issue a refund. I sent in a question asking if they would consider purcaing the lot and was told they will not help me. I wonder what the Attorney General in Maryland will have to say about their business practices?
