I've sent them a number of deals that fit the criteria. and they manage to find some reason to not purchase the property.   On the last occasion, they used comps that were more than 10 years old! This program is not not one that I would recomend.

I sold Mentor Financial Group to Jerry Norton in May of 2014 and am no longer associated with him. I've asked him numerous times to remove my name from his websites and marketing however postings like this are a good indication of the confusion that exists in the marketplace.
