I invested in this program, submitted a deal that was showing green on the system. The realtor I chose worked hard and diligently with me. The owners accepted the deal, however, when sending it to Mentor Financial, they rejected it. The realto thought I was playing games and told me never to contact her or her agency again. My name ended up being a black listed when realtors spoke to me. My name an reputation was destroyed due this company and it's tacktis. I endud up getting deployed and wasn't abe to submitt deals due to training and lack of internet rescources. I asked for a refund and they told me that I only submitted one deal. DUH. Yeah, I was deployed and now, I and trying to get a refund and they are not wanting to respond. STAY WAY FROM THIS PROGRAM.
