Merchant Services Direct msdberchants.com Credit Card Processing with no way out! Internet, Internet

Watch out, Merchant Services Direct is smooth talking and claims to have low processing fees.  They also claim to have customer service, but after 2 months of my representative not returning my calls I tried to cancel.   I was informed there would be a $350 cancelation fee! Wait, my account was never used or activated.  The contract states there will be a $350 termination fee for early cancelation.
I was told that the supervisor does not talk to customers and there is nothing they can do.  I will do everything I can to let people know there is no concern for customer satisifaction at Merchant Services Direct!  They have made sure they get thier money even if they don't work!
