Merchant Services Direct. Royce Bond (he is no longer there) Ripped off bigtime Spokane, Washington

Approximately two Months ago Two salesmen came into our business and said they could save us a lot of money on our visia sales.  I told them we couldn't go with them because the other company we were with had a signed contract and if we defaulted early we would have to pay $375.00.
I told them we didn't have the money to change right now. Well they came back two times and the salesmen that was training said well I will have to take it out of my pay but I will pay for you to get out of the other company.  He also told me to just unplug the other visa machines that I had from the other company and until I received the money from him we would only get charged about $5.00 a month because we wouldn't have any sales.  Than he proceeded to tell me that we had to lease a new visa machine at 30.00 a month that would work with his company but he said we would still be saving a lot of money each month from the other company and that would pay for the machine.
When we took the machine it was about ten days from the end of the month and our first bill wasn't very much but when I got a whole month bill it was more than the other company was charging.  So I called to Spokane and talked to a lady and she wanted me to fax her the bill.
I did that but in the meantime I asked her where my $375.00 was to pay off the other company and she said we can't do that we never do that.  I was really upset here I am with two companies now charging me by the month and we are a small business and the other company is charging 15.00 a month and we aren't even using their service. 
Well finally she told me I could cancel my contract with them and sent me the papers but the catch is she said there was no way I could get out of the 30.00 a month for the lease of the visa machine.
The manager told her to tell me it was just like leasing a house I was into it for 2 years.
Now I have two visa machines for processing and the one I own and the other is a lease on and I don't even know if the other company can set up the new machine for their company.
I wonder how many more people they ripped off in our erea.  The one that was suppose to pay me from his check is no longer with the company.  So if they are such a great company I want to be out of my lease of the machine and cancel their company and I have to go back to orginal company that I was with because I don't have the money to change.  These two people that came to our shop were really smooth talkers and they called on the phone two or three times to make appointment.
 Why can't companies be honest anymore.
