MEXICO VIP HOLIDAYS Armondo Peralta, Eva Luz Oliviar Ramos, Alina Nana FRAUD!!! RIP OFF!!! Internet

 Mexico VIP Holidays. I have been working with them since April 2014. I paid all the appropriate payments for my vacation. $196 voucher fees as well as $594 for the actual vacation. I was told as long as I called 90 before the time I wanted the vacation would be available. In May I told them I wanted to travel in November. I was told it would not be a problem and because I was letting them know in advance the reservation would be available.

 I had not heard anything after that for months. The time was getting closer to my vacation so I called and emailed to see what was going on. I was told each time that they needed more time to work on the reservation but that everything will be fine and they will contact me when the reservation has been booked so I can take the next step in completing the reservation. Less than one month before I was supposed to go on my vacation I receive an email saying the dates I chose was not available and she would be working on another time frame.

 I called the office and told her that would be the only dates I would be able to travel because of work and I was extremely upset and disappointed. I requested a refund and was told because it was their fault she would give me a refund. I spoke with her in October and still have yet to have received my refund. Every time I call (and I call every couple days) I am told the same thing. Armondo Peralta is the only one who can offer the refund and he is never there he is always working in the city. Eva Luz Oliviar Ramos and Alina Nava are the ladies I delt with. I tried calling the phone number today but it has now been disconnected.

 I went online to look to see if anyone else has been having problems with this company and a lot of people have. This VIP Holidays company is a scam and they are a fraud. i want my refund!!!
