 We sere sold a travel package which ended up going through 3 different agencies, each charging a fee and making promises. Finally we received a packet from MEXICO VIP HOLIDAYS stating different qualifications than what was stated previously and requiring another fee. We questioned the additional fees and were told there were no previous promises made, that we would have to call the other agency. We made a call to the original agency and were told there would be no refund and that we would need to call the other agency. We called the following agency and were told the same thing, there were no refunds and to call the original agency. All this turned out to be was a "take their money and then blame the other agency!
