I ordered one bottle of pills from this company. The next thing I know I have another charge coming out of my bank account. When I contacted the customer service via email I was informed I was signed up for an ongoing service of which I did not want. I did not sign up for anything. Then they said since I did not send back the second bottle I was not going to get a refund. I did not get a second bottle to send back. They dont care. I had to call my bank and stop all charges going to that company. I was contact on 3/21/07 to inform me my membership was canceled. Today 4/7/07 I have another bottle of crap from momentum direct which I did not order or want. I do not see any end to this. Now I am forced to go to the post office pay money to get a receipt and what is stopping them from continuing this on going harrassment?

Since my complaint with the better business bureau and stopping any payments to this company I have recieved another two bottles. Both of which I have had to wait in line at the post office and pay for a receipt to show they were mailed back unopened. When I contacted the company again they said they are only sending me what I already paid for. Since my bank has not allowed any further charges that is an obvious lie. They refuse to investigate the problem and just keep giving me a pat answer I am sure they give to all there victims. This continually harrassment has prompted me to submit a complaint to consumer affairs in texas. If they get enough complaints they can close them down. I encourage all you that feel victim to this company to follow suit. We need to stop them.
